God bless, Adam Walsh murder has been resolved. 27 years later, the pain for John and Eve Walsh I am sure has been incredible. Congrats to Chief of Police of Hollywood Chad Wagner ( I have met him several times-he’s one of the good guys)
Rest in Peace Adam Walsh
Ok let’s just look at the last week in good old USA.
New York City
The epicenter of what may be the largest Ponzi scheme in history was the 17th floor of the Lipstick Building, an oval red-granite building rising 34 floors above Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan.

Bernard L. Madoff is the only person so far to be arrested in the fraud case at his investment firm in Manhatan
A busy stock-trading operation occupied the 19th floor, and the computers and paperwork of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities filled the 18th floor.
But the 17th floor was Bernie Madoff’s sanctum, occupied by fewer than two dozen staff members and rarely visited by other employees. It was called the “hedge fund” floor, but federal prosecutors now say the work Mr. Madoff did there was actually a fraud scheme whose losses Mr. Madoff himself estimates at $50 billion.
CHICAGO — The governor of Illinois brazenly put up for sale his appointment of Barack Obama’s successor in the United States Senate, federal prosecutors said Tuesday.

Gov. Rod R. Blagojevich of Illinois with his wife, Patti, in Chicago after he won the Democratic nomination in March 2006.
Gov. Rod R. Blagojevich, right, returned to his home in Chicago on Tuesday afternoon after being released on a $4,500 cash bond.
In recorded conversations with advisers, the governor, Rod R. Blagojevich, seemed alternately boastful, flip and spiteful about the Senate choice, which he crassly likened at one point to that of a sports agent shopping around a free agent for the steepest price, a federal affidavit showed. At times, he even weighed aloud appointing himself to the job, the prosecutors said.
“I’ve got this thing,” Mr. Blagojevich said on one recording, according to the affidavit, “and it’s [expletive] golden. And I’m just not giving it up for [expletive] nothing. I’m not going to do it. And I can always use it. I can parachute me there.”
Florida
Gov. Charlie Crist suspended Deerfield Beach Mayor Al Capellini from office today.
Reached by telephone, Capellini said, “I will acquiesce to his decision.”
He was arrested Friday and charged by the state attorney with unlawful compensation after voting on projects when he was also a paid consultant. Capellini says he will fight the charge when he is arraigned in January. “I am not corrupt,” he said.
Longtime Commissioner Sylvia Poitier will succeed him on the dais, Capellini said. “Sylvia is the vice mayor and will do a wonderful job.”
Capellini had not resigned, unlike former Commissioner Steve Gonot, who left office Thursday morning before turning himself in to authorities. He was charged by the state attorney with stealing $5,135 from campaign contributions and with filing false paperwork.
Capellini seeks an unprecedented fifth term in the March 10 municipal election. He opened his campaign account last week and said he would continue to campaign, despite the suspension by Crist
